Long-Term Planning
Irving ISD's Facilities Planning Committee (FPC) began discussing these campuses well before the 2023 bond program. During the planning process, the FPC reviewed facility conditions, building assessments, educational specifications, long-range planning information and project cost estimates for each campus. That evaluation resulted in renovations at 32 campuses and the replacement of three campuses as part of the 2023 bond program. As a second phase of the long-range planning process, the 2026 bond was recommended.
