Technology updates are proposed for schools and district facilities across Irving ISD.
Why is Technology included in the 2026 bond program if it was in the 2023 bond program?
The proposed 2026 bond is the next phase of the district’s long-range technology replacement plan. Bond 2023 funds systems reaching the end of their useful life first, while Bond 2026 would fund upcoming replacements from 2027–2031. The programs address different replacement cycles and do not fund the same assets twice.
